Frequently asked questions

How to get started with Grands?

Create a free account to use Grands. After you create an account, you can participate in tennis matches or organize your own.

How much does using Grands cost?

Grands is free to use, and games are also free to join. In most cases, however, players agree to share the court fee. Read more about matches here.

Which matches can I play?

Anyone can play all tennis games available on Grands. The organizer sets the maximum number of participants - often 2 or 4 players - and if you are the first to sign up, you get a spot. We try to match players of similar level, so before you sign up for a game, you should check if your level matches the organizer's description. More information about matches here.

What is Grands level rating?

Grands level rating is a measurement tool that indicates a person's current playing level. It makes it easier to show the level one is playing to find others at a similar level. It's up to each player to define their own level. Find out more about Grand level rating here.

Do I need to reserve a court before creating a match on Grands?

There are no restrictions on whether you must have a court reserved before entering it on Grands. However, we require that match organisers clearly state in the match details whether the court is reserved or not.

How to delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time by navigating to your account and clicking the "Delete Account" button. All your data will then be permanently deleted or anonymized.

How to invite users to play?

To invite a user to play, open an existing match page where you're either the organizer or an attending player. Open an action menu by clicking the three-dot icon and selecting "Invite players." Choose which users from your connection list you want to invite to play.
