Account

Grands account contains both private and public information. In order to join to matches and chat with other players you need an account.

Public information is details that other users can see about you. This information includes the following:

Private information such as your email address will never be shown to other users.

Edit profile information

You can edit your profile information on your account page. Having complete profile increases chances to interact with other users.

Profile picture

We encourage all our users to upload a profile picture of themselves. For best results, we recommend uploading a square JPG or PNG image with at least 500 pixels per side.

Linking accounts

If you have signed up to Grands with your email, you can connect your Google account to sign in to Grands using a "Sign in with Google". This way, you only need to be signed into your Google account to access Grands.

You can disconnect your Google account from Grands at any time. After that, you can continue to sign in with your email address.

Calendar sync

Keep your calendar up-to-date with the matches you've signed up for by subscribing to your personal Grands calendar feed. An iCal feed automatically syncs all your matches to your external calendar application, such as Google Calendar or iCalendar. You can find your personal iCal feed URL under Account.

Refer to your device or application instructions for adding an iCal feed.

Delete account

To delete your account, go to your account and click on "Delete Account". After you confirm the deletion of your account, all your data will be permanently deleted or anonymized. You will also be deleted from all upcoming games. If you have created matches to Grands, we will cancel them automatically.
